This Platform Privacy Policy describes how MarketOps’s technology platform and systems (the “Platform”) process data on behalf of our partners. The Platform processes consented first-party data and privacy-safe anonymized inputs to power identity resolution, intent surfacing, and audience activation.
Roles
MarketOps acts as a service provider/processor to its partners. Partners are responsible for obtaining all required notices, consents, and disclosures.
Data Categories
Pseudonymous device and household identifiers, anonymized behavioral signals, and partner-provided first-party data — processed under contract.
Security
The Platform is operated under industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards.
Privacy Requests
Submit data subject requests via our privacy options form. We will route them to the appropriate partner controller as required by law.
